How to Communicate Your No: Setting Healthy Boundaries
I had to learn the hard way that I can't be everything for everyone. After years of being tired and stressed and not having the time to do what's important to me, I realized that my "no" was being suffocated.
The need to make others happy was making the word "yes" come out of my mouth when I really wanted to say NO!
One of the best things you can do for yourself is to learn to say NO.
Saying no allows you to take control of your life.
Saying no allows you to feel confident about yourself and your decisions.
Saying no keeps you from being taken advantage of and from feeling used.
Saying no (when you want to say no) is really about saying YES TO YOURSELF!
This week's video is all about "How To Effectively Communicate Your No". Be sure to watch this one because it's going to be a huge STEP for you in increasing your confidence and finding time to do the things that really matter to you!
Take care,
