How to Set Healthy Boundaries: The First STEP

Do you sometimes have a hard time setting boundaries with the people in your life?  

 
If you often feel resentful and taken advantage of, or feel that you have to do everything for everyone, it may be time to look at the boundaries that you have with the people in your life.
 
Boundaries define who you are and who you are not.  

 

Boundaries determine what you are responsible for and who you choose to allow in your life.  

 

Healthy boundaries help you to feel more confident and  in control of your life, and you can do it all without feeling guilty.

 

Today I’ll share with you the first thing you must do when trying to establish healthy boundaries.
