I learned a HUGE life lesson from my son and thought I would share it with you.
Kids have such an energy to them and they use that energy to focus on what they want. When kids decide what they want, they tune out everything else....even tuning mom out to tell them to clean their room:-)
With the focus on what they want, kids don't necessarily care about how it will happen. They could care less about that part. Nope, all they think about is how they will feel and what they will do when they finally get what they want.
Believe it or not, adults can take a page out of book of kids.
We can learn to approach life with this determination, focus, and belief in ourselves.
Let's find that happy balance between adult-ing and having a child's mindset.
It's time to start focusing on WHAT you want without all of the concern with HOW you will get it! When you focus on the HOW, you view the possibilities through the lens of self-doubt, self-imposed limitations, and your current resources.
With a focus on your WHAT, you are able to focus on what's ahead of you and not where you are.
You are able to reach for new possibilities with your arms extended.....instead of keeping your arms glued to your side because it feels safer.
When you operate with a mindset toward WHAT you want, you operate under the belief that Your Vision Is Your Provision For Success.
Take a look at the life lessons that I learned from my son on the WHAT, WHY, and HOW of getting what you want and then download this FREE REFLECTION SHEET.
I've developed this sheet to help you develop the mindset of "I want it" so you can then figure out how to get it.
After you watch the video, I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below. Share how you plan to focus on your WHAT so you can get what you want out of life.
